  • Why do I have termites?

    Termites consist mainly of water, they eat cellulous, and they are constantly looking for wood. Tennessee has more than their share of termites. It is not uncommon to get them. Your yard has termite colonies and the little buggers are hungry.

  • Can I do something that will help prevent termites?

    Definitely.

    (1) Make sure that you do not have water dripping or standing right next to your house. (ac return, sprinklers, faucets)

    (2) Keep any wood on your house such as trim or siding up off the ground.

    (3) Don’t let mulch build up enough that it stays wet.

    (4) Try to use fake mulch or gravel as much as possible

  • Does Tennessee have many poisonus spiders?

    Yes

  • Can I get rid of roaches my self?

    Yes. It takes a lot of work but any one can go to a local pest store and buy non restricted use pesticides. You will need to completely understand the chemical that you are using and its affects on your surroundings.

  • Why can I not get rid of fleas even after I have treated my pet?

    Unfortunately flea eggs that have been dropped off in your yard by wind, other animals, or possibly yourself can mature well after the residual of your pesticide is gone.

  • Is it possible to live completely bug free in Tennessee?
